Are the items authentic?

Yes. All branded items, whether new or preloved, are thoroughly inspected for authenticity before being listed on our store.

Can I return or exchange an item after purchase?

Unfortunately, no. ChicPulse does not allow returns or exchanges. Each item undergoes strict quality checks before listing to ensure customers receive products in their original, assessed condition.

What are your payment options?

We accept online bank transfers from all major Malaysian banks and payment via E-wallet (GrabPay, Boost and Touch 'n Go). We do not accept payment via credit/debit cards.

Where do you ship?

Not at this time. Shipping is limited to Malaysia only.

How much is the shipping fee?

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after receiving full payment confirmation. Shipping excludes Sundays & Public Holidays. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days after shipping, depending on your location (West or East Malaysia).

How can I track my parcel?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
